We ship nationwide for a flat R75 — to your door or to a Pargo pickup point. Orders ship within 2 working days of payment.

Returns

In line with the Consumer Protection Act you may return faulty goods within 6 months. Unwanted items can be returned unused in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping back to us

Returns shipped back to us attract a R75 return shipping fee, which is deducted from your refund. To start a return, log a support ticket from your account with your order number.
